New qualification standard - specialist (level 5)

Within the project, a standard of qualifications is being developed – a complete MECHANICAL SPECIALIST (TECHNOLOGIST) and a professional curriculum for a full qualification – MECHANICAL SPECIALIST (TECHNOLOGIST). The stated qualification standard and vocational curriculum are level 5 according to CROQF (Croatian Qualifications Framework). They are based on the average of occupation Mechanical Technician (level 4.2 according to CROQF) and the standard of occupation CNC operator (level 4.1 according to CROQF). The standard of qualifications will enable the continuation of education for students who have completed secondary education in three years (level 4.1) or four years (level 4.2) and want to acquire specialist knowledge in mechanical engineering.
